Blackened Fish Tacos with Spicy Lime Avocado Sauce
Fish is one thing everyone in this house just loves!! Any kind of fish or seafood is always a hit. I recently got a really good price on Tilapia, so I decided it would be perfect for fish tacos! For the fish: Cooking spray 1 lb tilapia fillets 1 tbs paprika 1/8ish tbs Cayan (if you like spicy, more if you like really spicy) 1/2 tbs garlic powder 1/2 tbs pepper 1/2 tbs oregano 3/4 tbs salt 8 Mission brand extra thin corn tortillas (these are only 40 calories each. If using a different brand the calorie count will need to be adjusted) 2 to 3 cups finely shredded lettuce 1 thinly sliced jalapeno 3 or so tbs chopped fresh cilantro 3 or so tbs chopped green onion fresh sliced avocado (optional) Queso Fresco (optional.
